KIDS AND TEENS
Our CrossFit Kids & Teens programs is a way for kids and teens to develop healthy fitness habits whilst having fun, learning physical skills functional movements and burning all that energy that they have. The skills and principles taught increase body awareness, metabolic conditioning, and are ideal for kids and teens looking to improve their general physical well being, as well as those looking to gain an edge in their chosen sport.
By teaching them mechanics and then the consistency of movement in a team environment, we help kids and teenagers become physically and mentally tough, and also establish life skills needed for the rigors of childhood and teen life.

Audax Kids - Designed for kids aged 6 - 9 years of age

Audax Pre-Teens - Designed for kids aged 10-12 years of age
​
Audax Teens – Designed for teenagers between 13 -15 years of age,
CrossFit Group classes incorporate gymnastics, weightlifting (scaled accordingly) and metabolic conditioning, and focuses on 3 fundamental aspects of functional movement – mechanics, consistency in execution, and intensity.
Our CrossFit Kids & Teens programs are delivered on a 10 week school term basis, with each session running for 45 minutes.
